This is the ‘look’ that I LOVE to catch with kids…it shows their soulful eyes. Not the smile, not the playful grin….the very deep and extraordinary eye contact that goes right to your heart…..

……or their grandpa will call me a snot again. Let’s just say I was a little…well….ummm….not so angelic when he was my 5th grade teacher, loudly proclaiming in the school corridor that I was a snot. In my defense, I wasn’t the only snot–I think there were five of us out in the hall.
