I have a very busy and happy life. Did I mention that it’s busy? In addition to being a photographer with a quickly growing busines I am the mother of two girls, the owner of two big dogs, a wife, a maid (kidding, although it feels like it), and have a demanding full time career outside of photography. I am a motorcyclist and have my dream bike…a 2007 BMW R1200R. My last bike was a big cruiser that I had painted pink with silver glitter….she was gorgeous but my BMW was calling to me for way too long. I have also run 3 full marathons (26.2 miles) and many half marathons.
My love for photography began in my childhood, passed on from my father. My dad took incredible photographs and had a darkroom in the house, and had a collection of cameras (slightly) bigger than my current batch. It was from my dad that I learned the art of composition in a photograph. It was a very serious hobby for most of my life, until I started my business in the Fall of 2006. I cannot believe how my business has grown already and how bright the future looks to be.
